Sensational Gourmet was established in September 2015 in San Fernando, Trinidad. It was born out of a love for fine dining and the desire to have others share in that experience.
Gourmet cooking is defined by some people as culinary art and to most of us learning this skill may seem to be an impossible dream, but this does not have to be the case. Gourmet cooking really means using some of the freshest ingredients that are of the highest possible quality. Some ingredients in their freshest format will be more expensive than their processed counterparts. However, you will quickly realize that the cost difference is not unreasonable, and it is still a good deal less expensive than dining at a restaurant.
The objective of Sensational Gourmet is too provide information on:
- Basic cooking techniques
- Cooking tools and where to purchase them
- Cooking classes and cook books
- Products and where to purchase them
- Simple recipes
It may take a little time and effort but always remember easy and affordable culinary delights are within your reach.
